Delete your data
Grandma's Kitchen has no account. Your progress lives on your device, and our server only knows an anonymous install ID. This page explains how to delete both.
Delete your online data in the game
- Open Settings > Delete my online data and confirm.
- This immediately deletes from our server your leaderboard entries, your nickname, your feedback, your gameplay statistics and your purchase context records linked to your install ID, together with any stored IP addresses.
- Your progress on the device is not touched; the game keeps working offline and online.
Delete your online data by e-mail
If you no longer have the game installed, write to info@ruicodex.com with the subject "Delete my data" and, if you can, the install ID shown in Settings. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
Delete the data on your device
Uninstall the game, or clear its storage in your device settings (Apps > Grandma's Kitchen > Storage > Clear storage). This erases your progress permanently; purchases can be restored afterwards with Settings > Restore purchases.
What is not deleted
- Purchase records kept by Google Play (manage them in your Google account).
- Data processed by Google AdMob for ads (reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings).
- Aggregated statistics that no longer contain any install ID.
